HR Business Partner – Organisation Development

Our valued client in the Education sector and is currently seeking the support and expertise of an experienced Organisation Development and Transformation HR Business Partner to join their People and Culture team located in the South East of Melbourne. This opportunity will allow you to work across major business, systems and cultural changes and efficiencies on a 12 month fixed contract basis. You will work closely with and report to the Executive Director, Strategy in providing analysis, workforce design and clear communications plans to enable change across ICT, culture and workforce management.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide strategic advice and solutions regarding organisational development including supporting employee development, capability uplift, leadership development and cultural change.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to assess stakeholder impacts and organisational readiness.
  • Develop and deliver change plans, communications and training programs.
  • Coach and guide business leaders to support change initiatives with accountability.
  • Deliver critical people and culture initiatives and collaborate with the immediate HR team and stakeholders to deliver tangible results.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you must have proven success in developing and delivering key organisational change and transformation across capability uplift, people leadership, team effectiveness and cultural change. Most importantly you have a genuine desire and focus to support an organisation with a people centric culture, and busy readiness approach to provide the most safe, supportive and positive working environment. Experience from an education/higher education background would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
